The Flatiron Kitchen and Bar concept grew out of a couple of friends sitting around over a bottle (or 3) discussing their favorite restaurants and stumbling upon a seemingly simple concept that we felt was lacking — a casual dining experience with mind-blowing food. We wanted a place where we could go with jeans and a T-shirt but still enjoy fresh, innovative cuisine with the quality of service that we expect for our hard earned money. Whether in the mood to lunch, dine, drink, or party, expect the unexpected at Flatiron — we don’t do conventional.
